Smart City Lahore is situated along the Lahore By-pass Road near Kala Shah Kaku. Future Development Holdings or FDH is the management consortium that is currently developing Lahore Smart City and Capital Smart City Islamabad. The Lahore Smart City is all set to launch along the Lahore By-pass road.   • The first step is that your Asset Manager at Jaagheer will guide you through the features, location, and map of Lahore Smart City along with explaining the investment potential.
  • Once done, you will be asked to produce 2 passport-size photographs along with a copy of your CNIC. You will also have to provide a copy of your nominee’s CNIC.
  • Once you have the documents in order, your asset manager will guide you to fill the booking form.
  • After you have completely filled the booking form, you will then need to attach the payment instrument. Your Asset Manager at Jaagheer will guide you through this process.

The management has launched 4 Marla & 8 Marla plot categories in the Commercial Block of Lahore Smart City on affordable pricing when compared with neighboring societies. The commercial plots are launched both in Overseas Block & Executive Block which are now available for bookings for local and overseas Pakistani’s respectively.
